Shipping & Returns

NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY

At AnimalSports.co, we stand behind our products 100%. All items purchased at AnimalSports.co carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and many items carry a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty. If you find there is a product you do not want, please contact us and we will assist you on the return of that merchandise. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day guarantee. We will be unable to issue a credit after our 30-day guarantee has expired. ALL refunds will be issued in the form a store credit. Your store credit NEVER expires.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange (except football helmets 14 days).

Choose your option:

  1. Return item with NO Exchange, 20% restocking fee.
  2. Return item with Exchange of another item of equal or greater value NO restocking fee.
  3. Return Footwear with NO Exchange, 30% restocking fee on items under $100 and 20% restocking fee items over $100.
  4. Return item for a Store Credit NO restocking fee. A store credit never expires.

** Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. If shipping charges were originally free they remain free. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. **

Returns initiated without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

 

Upon receipt of your return it takes 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

 

Return Shipping

 AnimalSports.co will pay for the shipping fee associated with returns or exchanges that are a result of a mistake on our part. Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility in all other situations. Authorized returns must be within the 30 day guarantee period and items must be NEW UNOPENED with ALL Tags ATTCHED. Returns are NOT accepted on used or opened items. You MUST receive an RA # (Return Authorization) to complete a return. ALL Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee along with the cost of the original free shipping. Please contact Customer Service to ensure that your return has been authorized. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If you return an item the original shipping charge will be deducted from your credit (ie. you received free shipping on your item but it cost $5 for us to ship; $5 will be deducted from your credit. STORE CREDITS OR EXCHANGES and you get your full amount of your return.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All shipping within the 48 US Continental states is FREE! Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase, however, this is NOT guaranteed.

 

Bats and Gloves will ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. All other items typically will ship via the same service; however, this is also not guaranteed. Bulk Infaltable orders may ship via UPS.  ALL inflatable orders ship deflated (a free inflation pin may be included with your order)

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Pre-Orders ship within 24 hours of receiving item in our stock. Expected Release dates DO NOT guarantee availability on the advertised date. Typically, pre-order items do become available for shipping on the advertised date or shortly after.
